Thank you to Curt's for their proper diagnosis and repairs to my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire. The electronics are always tricky in these older models. Problem solved. Good work.

This place was great! I actually found it online by googling foreign car mechanics in area. The radio and i drive stop working in my 2014 BMW. I had to get it fixed, so annoying driving a beautiful car with no music. The job was very expensive, however they were upfront with the price and even explained what they tried to do to save cost but to no avail. The job took longer than expected but they gave me a nice, clean loaner car until my car was ready.Hopefully I do not have any mechanical issues no time soon but if and when I do I will definitely return to Curt's!

I found Curt’s Service in the early 1980’s when he was at 13 Mile & Woodward. I can’t remember what brand of gasoline the station was. After some disastrous experiences with other mechanics, he taught me how to trust In them again. They are the best and go out of their way to make sure repairs are done right and you are completely satisfied. Until a recent illness has kept me from using them I have no problem driving 45 miles to have work done. Also, I’ve had them inspect the used cars I buy and have never been steered wrong.

They were great. I came in with a heating problem which snowballed into a wiring problem. They were transparent, communicative, and quick given what the problem had turned into to. I will definitely be coming back.

I just went to Curt's for the first time with my recently purchased Infiniti G37x to have them look into a couple of codes causing a check engine light to pop up. After waiting for about an hour and a half, someone came to talk with me about what they found. One light was due to a faulty gas cap. The other they told me they see all the time, and that they would clear the code and told me to come back if anything pops up. Overall they were very straight up with me and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want or need. On top of that, after he went over the codes, he went over some general engine diagnostics with me. A/F ratios, timing, etc. Very happy to see the level of service they put forth, and also was impressed with the facility in general.

called to get an estimate on a job for my car and it was actually reasonable I will drop my car off soon and will update this review through the process i have with curt's service inc.

Very positive experience from beginning to end. Greg explained all the details of the main problem I was having with my car and other existing issues I was not aware of too. The video graphics and checklist provide were great and very informative, easy to understand. I definitely will be doing any future auto repair needs business with them and recommending as well.

Curt’s Service is in the nightmare reversal business. What happens here is indeed a service first. It just so happens that they also fix cars! I brought a VW Rabbit to them that no other mechanic in Southfield had the intelligence, equipment, skill and heart to repair correctly. I was met Michelle’s expertise, charisma, excellent communication skills and diligence the moment I set foot in this clean, professional environment. Absolutely no one is more personable than she. For three weeks, Michelle advocated for me and empathized with my ordeal. She brought her best to very costly repairs. They provided me with use of a vehicle. Susan gave me a ride home. She assured me of being in great hands and genuinely took an interest in my family life. She also made sure that I was apart of Curt’s Service’s rewards program so I could benefit from having spent so much damn money to get our Peppa (Rabbit) back to tip top running condition. She made me very happy that day. I felt like I was still winning despite the costs we were racking up. She evokes trust. Jason’s assistance in a new matter and very real concern about how Peppa was holding up on road let me know that Curt’s Service cares not just about the car but the Owner, too! When I could not reach Michelle because she was busy being fabulous with another paying customer, I would get Greg. Greg delivered all my messages to Michelle. He was professional (great speaking voice) and always let me know what was going on in the moment that caused me not to be able to talk to Michelle, my Service Representative. Aaron worked on Peppa. I had the pleasure of meeting The Specialist that fought Peppa’s mechanical instabilities and won. He corrected poor workmanship and finally got her aligned! Every time I start up my Rabbit or go over a bump, I say “Thank you” to Aaron’s abilities, his patience and his perseverance. There was also a gentleman who brought the loaner vehicle to the front and double checked to make sure the tank was full. We shook hands and I thought, “there’s yet another good person at Curt’s Service”. I don’t know who Curt is but I know that whatever his mission and character is, it starts with Michelle, Susan, Jason, Greg, Aaron, and “The Good Handshake Guy” who gave me the keys to the Loaner Vehicle. Everyone pays attention at Curt’s Service and I believe that care is at the core of everyone who “gives” (not works) at Curt’s Service.
