A bit expensive, but excellent service: friendly, professional, and prompt. A misfiring cylinder was fixed in one day. A detailed list of what I may want to get done in the near future was provided. (I have a 2006 Toyota Matrix with 196,000 miles on it. ) My cruise control has not worked since I picked up the car, yesterday. Let’s see how they handle this extremely small issue. They could not fit me in to check on it today. I may follow up with my review. Have a wonderful day!

Great Place! I did lots of research prior to delivery of my Mercedes in May of this year. I knew I would want/need someone to perform non-warranty/general maintenance service. Curt's has installed a hitch for my bike rack and just recently did an exhaustive general inspection and front end alignment. I am very pleased with their service. Michele and all of the techs are very nice, pleasant and professional. I've found the perfect shop and will not take my car anywhere else for non-warranty work.

First and foremost, we prefer to use OEM parts unless otherwise requested by our customers. We offer a two year/24,000-mile nationwide warranty with all of the work we do. I finally had time to get my car serviced after work and called. They were able to get me in on the same day. The work was performed while I waited and I was on my way in no time! Everyone is cheerful and friendly and clearly happy to help their customers. I always love going there!
