Where do I start... first I had emergency with my truck earlier Thursday morning. My engine light and oil light was coming on, an telling me to stop engine. I was so nervous, so I got on my computer to find a repair shop near me. Second, I called the shop... Joe answer my question an told to come in. When I arrived he was so friendly from the very start( great sign for me) he told me they will do a diagnostics test on my truck. So, I got shuttle ride home (very nice guy) . I drop it off at 7:30am, it was ready at 4pm( 5star). When I arrived back I got the same service, friendly and personable. And that rare now days, so glad to see. Third, they gave me a gift certificate toward my next visit. I’m going to tell everyone Curt’s repair is the BEST... I guess I’ll let my wife use the gift card on her car, LOL.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my car here already having an idea of what was wrong - somewhere along my exhaust it had rusted through. They told me I had to replace the entire pipe - $1,600. Was not going to spend that on my ‘03 Camry, so they suggested a muffler shop nearby where they cut out my flex pipe and another rusted out connection and welded new in - $158. I found the customer service to be great and staff to be very friendly here. They reached out to me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the service that they could offer me, which I think says a lot about a business.

I've been a customer of Curt's for approximately 4 years. I've always received excellent service and more important, expertise. The facilities are very accommodating for those that chose to wait while their vehicle is being serviced. I've actually been there working as if I was in my home office - which is one of the reasons why I continue to be a customer. One thing I've learned over the course of owning a luxury vehicle versus leasing one, is that it requires a financial commitment. When repairs outside of maintenance are needed the cost of repair can be a tad surprising. I once needed my brake line replaced and the technician explained to me this type of service should not be needed this soon on your vehicle. Of course, I wasn't happy at all, with Mercedes or Curts. I thought, I was just here for brakes and now this - another $900. That surprise caused me to look else where for service. Nevertheless, when I comparison shopped there was no one else in the area that provided the service or accommodations I sometimes need. What I discovered with other service shops is that they "meal piece" services to appear as if you are saving. Service A might be $120 but topping off fluids cost additional. And let's not mention waiting room facilities. One component Curt's has recently added are emailed coupons and reminders of service appointments - which is great for busy people. Keep up the great job and I'll see you all in a few weeks for my next service appointment.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Curt’s for over a decade. I’ve always been treated fairly and never felt taken advantage of. I feel that in this day and age a mechanic you can trust is important. Curt’s is a place that does the job right and knows that if the work is square, you’ll come back next time. No need for endless sales pitches about what you can spend money on that you don’t have. They make a list for customers of work that will need to be done on a priority level. Cheers. I always hope I don’t have to visit the mechanics waiting room, but if i do, I’ll enjoy a cold Mountain Dew and an episode of Judge Judy @ Curt’s!

I was referred to Curtis repair shop buy a couple of my friends that own BMW’s. As a woman I am very cautious about where I will go because we are often times taken advantage of. From the moment I stepped through the doors to schedule my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received and felt like the staff really went beyond to assist me.
