The best test of a business is how they manage when things go wrong and they did well. I ordered some tires from TireRack and got them fitted a Curts. The tech scratched up 3 of the 4 allow wheels when putting the new tires on, one had a significant chunk out of it. I worked with Jason and he provided me a loaner, sent the wheels out and had them re-finished. The only knock is that it took a while and the communication wasn't great but they did own up and put it right.
