FRIENDLY AND HONEST! I just moved to Michigan and my car flaked out at a bad time. I had no job, no other transportation, and I was dealing with a mysterious electrical issue causing stalls and no-starts. The dealer gave me an inaccurate diagnosis and $1200+ quote. I towed my car to Curt's shop and he and his staff took the time to investigate, checking everything from wires to relays to connectors to computers, working persistently until the problem was isolated and repaired, saving me hundreds of dollars.

I received a coupon for a free warning light scan from Curt's. I had been going to Top Tech in Royal Oak where they told me it'd be $90 to check the warning light, where as Curt's only charges $68. I asked Top Tech if they'd accept a competitor's coupon and they said no, so I went to Curt's. Curts has always treated me fairly. They keep my car running, don't over-promise on a turnaround time and are genuinely nice people to work with. That being said, It can get a bit expensive sometimes, but the peace of mind is worth knowing they're taking care of it.

Took my car in for a suspected alternator problem and it turned out it was the battery. They said the car would be done by early afternoon when I dropped it off and they actually had it diagnosed in a few hours and after calling me to have everything approved they completed it sooner than I expected!

I've been taking several cars here for over 16 years. The quality and timeliness are EXCELLENT. They don't use cheap parts or rig anything, so do not expect it to be very inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for with excellent quality of work, parts and turnaround time. If you want the job done right, with folks that are honest and genuine, come to this shop.

One of the best service experiences. Friendly staff, smart techs. Customer satisfaction is their goal. They're most concerned about quality. Because of that, it won't be the cheapest you will find, but its worth it if you want the job done right. They even have a shuttle service that can pick you up, or drop you off. I had a clutch replaced, and also an aggravating noise which they used microphones to diagnose. I would recommend this place if you want to ensure the longevity of your car.
